- The Resort's Best Available Rate shall be applied to your booking in the absence of voucher upon Check-In.
- Lost voucher will not be replaced or refunded.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to check-in and register for a room.
- Voucher may be redeemd once per room per stay.
- Any extension or amendment to your reservation must be made 48 hours (Philippine Standard Time) prior to your arrival date and will incur a room charge equivalent to PHP 2000 per voucher for change of booking date and subject to Resort's Best Available Rate for extension.
- Check-In Time is 3:00 PM and check out time is 11:00 AM
- Early Check-In is subject to room availability, early Check-In charge equivalent to PHP 1000 for Check-In earlier than 10:00 AM
- Late Checkout is subject to room availability, occupancy level and a half-day room charge equivalent to PHP 1250 for late Checkout between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
- A full day room charge may be incurred for late Checkout after 6:00 PM
- A valid government-issued identification or passport is required at Check-In.
- The maximum number of guests are 2 adults + 2 children (below 11 years old). Child Policy: Maximum of 2 children, ages 0 to 11 years old, provided using bed with parents, are free of charge
- A PHP 1000 will be charged for each additional adult
- A cash deposit of PHP 2000 for each night stay or a valid credit card is required upon Check-In for incidentals
- Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, benefits, and privileges
- In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher
- This voucher has no expiry date and is transferable.
- The Resort reserves the right to carry out renovations and upgrading activities of the Resort as it deems fit.
