  • The food order can be redeemed in Bluewater Sumilon Island Resort – Mainland and orders are for pick up by the customer.
  • Food order can be pick up from Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • Any changes to your pick-up must be made twenty-four (24) hours before chosen schedule. Failure to pick up on scheduled date and time without prior notice will render your order invalid.
  • Rebooking original pick-up date and time can only be made once. New pick-up schedule is subject to availability. Please contact Customer Service to rebook.
  • The voucher issued upon purchase is transferrable. Principal owner of the voucher must email an authorization letter at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the pick-up time. Please email to Customer Service the authorization letter.
  • Purchase of vouchers or food items beyond the indicated limit is applicable but is subject to availability. Please contact Customer Service for bulk orders.
  • For inquiries, voucher transferring or rebooking, please call Customer Service at +63 919-067-5834 (10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Mondays to Sundays) or email bluewater.market@bluewater.com.ph.
